Consider the present moment and all that it contains.
And then start counting the number of things that you notice in this moment.
Scan your physical body. How many sensations do you notice?
Tune into the stimuli in your environment. How many sounds, colors, shapes, and sizes can you count?
Tune into your thoughts. How many thoughts do you have in your head right now?
What are you doing? What's going on around you? What are other people doing? How many activities do you notice?
What's going on with the weather? Traffic? Nature? Current events? The earth? The cosmos? How many of these things are in your consciousness?
Then come back to yourself again... what's going on with the cells that make up your physical form? How are they working together? How many atoms and molecules make up the structures that surround you now?
How creative can you be with your answers? How many things can you list? Can you approach the infinity of the now?
