Two weeks ago I met Michael Kim, the Founder and CEO of Habit Design®.
His organization trains companies "to improve their communal wellbeing, energy, focus, and productivity" through the building of sustainable habits.
In his video introducing the concept, he says that big victories result from small habits. I am a huge proponent of taking manageable but consistent steps towards a bigger goal, so this approach really appeals to me.
And if you think about the impact of practicing a bunch of small habits that help you and/or your company in some way, and combining that with your coworkers' new and improved habits... it all adds up!
