Name three routine tasks that you do at least once a day
Examples: getting out of bed, washing my hands, preparing breakfast, filling up my water glass, opening the front door, starting the car, turning on my computer, checking email, etc.
Now pick one and change one small detail about it. A couple of examples:
- If you typically stir your coffee (or other beverage) clockwise, try stirring it counterclockwise the next few times.
- If you normally open doors with your right hand, try opening all doors with your left hand for one day.
